Personalised Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items. This includes any products that have been specifically made, customised, or altered to your request.

We take great care to ensure every personalised order is made exactly as specified, but if there is an issue with your order (such as a fault, damage, or an error on our part), please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at m8kemydayy@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
